Here’s what I do when I want to raise my vibration and feel better.
I’m not someone who shows a lot of emotions, so typical things like gratitude alone don’t work well for me. I might feel a little bit of happiness, but not enough.
So, I started thinking about what actually makes me happy.
What I found was that I get really happy when I watch K-dramas. When I watch, I forget all my worries and feel connected with the characters. It’s like I’m happy with them.

As I relive these moments, I thank the universe for allowing me to experience them.
It’s amazing how much stronger the emotions feel when you start gratitude in a good mood (after completing step 1). It’s like multiplying the happiness by 10!
If you don’t believe me, try practicing gratitude when you’re feeling sad or just neutral. It’s tough, right? It feels like you’re forcing it, and it doesn’t come naturally.
Now, try doing gratitude when you’re already in a good mood. It’s so much easier! You can actually feel the gratitude flowing, and it just feels right.
The truth is, when you’re happy, your heart is more open to positive feelings, and gratitude becomes effortless. Give it a try, and you’ll see the difference!
Step 3: Manifestation
After about 30 minutes of gratitude by thinking about 10-20 memories, I move on to my manifestation techniques—whether it’s visualization, scripting, or something else.
At this point, my emotions are high, and I can really feel the energy behind my manifestations. This makes the process much more effective.

I do this practice for about an hour in the morning and at night. It’s a much better use of time than scrolling through social media!
